Joy Davis (& Paul)
All the way from Bessemer, Alabama, Joy, together with her partner Paul Davis, will be writing on the North West region. She has a Ph.D. in Creative Writing and has spent the last 25 years as a college professor of developmental studies. This trip to Ireland is fulfilling one of Joy’s fondest life-long ambitions.
